Who Can Attend?
Winter Career Camp is built with a singular mission: removing every barrier standing between neurodivergent or differently-abled high schoolers and their future careers. We provide an inclusive, structured, and welcoming environment where every student is set up to thrive.
Zero Cost for Eligible Families: Sponsored state vocational partnerships cover 100% of attendance costs, instructional materials, and project kits.
ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
Requirements For Participation
Ages 14-21: Open to transition-age youth preparing for independent living, vocational training, or higher education.
Currently Enrolled: Active student attending a high school or secondary learning program in South Florida.
IEP or 504 Plan: Documented Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Section 504 Accommodation Plan.
Free Transportation Provided: Roundtrip shuttle hubs and dedicated transit passes are provided at zero cost to ensure accessible, reliable travel to participants.

Secure Your Spot
100% funded through Pre-ETS authorization with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation. Zero out-of-pocket tuition for eligible high school students with an active IEP or 504 plan.
Who is eligible to attend?
The camp is open to students ages 14-21 who are currently VR-registered and seeking to participate in our structured training and counseling sessions.
Is it free to join the Winter Career Camp?
Yes, participation is free of charge, provided that the student is currently registered with Vocational Rehabilitation (VR).
Is transportation provided to and from the camp?
Yes, locations to be announced.
How are the service hours broken down?
Work Readiness Training - 20 hours
Self Advocacy Training - 20 hours
Work-Based Learning Experience - 10 hours
What should I wear to career camp?
Dress comfortably and casually! You will be participating in interactive activities and moving around, so wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to learn.
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Compliance & Authorization Notice
The Winter Career Camp is sponsored through Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) administered in collaboration with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Participation requires verified student eligibility including active enrollment in secondary education (ages 14-21), an Individualized Education Program (IEP), Section 504 Plan, or documented medical disability under WIOA federal guidelines. Authorized tuition sponsorship is funded via DVR referral authorization; zero out-of-pocket costs apply to approved students.
