INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Building the Next Generation of

Social Work Professionals

Internships may be paid, stipend-based, employment-based, or unpaid, depending on the placement and agreement with the partnering university.

At Better Steps Life Skills Center Inc., we are proud to partner with accredited universities to provide meaningful, hands-on internship experiences for students pursuing degrees in Social Work and related fields.

Our internship program is designed to bridge academic learning with real-world practice—supporting students as they grow into ethical, skilled, and compassionate professionals.

The Better Steps Internship Program offers supervised field placements that allow students to apply classroom knowledge in a real community-based setting. Interns gain exposure to individual, family, and group services while working alongside experienced professionals committed to client care and student development.
