Dominiece Cox is the dedicated Founder and Managing Director of Better Steps Life Skills Center, established in 2014. Her journey began at just 18 years old, fueled by a deep passion for helping individuals with disabilities gain greater independence and improve their quality of life. Seeing a greater need in her community, she soon expanded her efforts by founding Better Steps Foundation, a nonprofit extension of her agency, to provide even more comprehensive support to individuals in need. For over a decade, Dominiece has been an influential leader in the southern region of Florida, impacting countless families through her programs at Better Steps Life Skills Center. Now, with a broader vision, she has expanded her reach to serve the entire state of Florida, empowering individuals with the life skills they need to realize their full potential.
